Simple Knife (can be made from scrap), With Optional Saw Section

This is a relatively easy knife to make, either with or without the sawtooth section. I apologize that the example isn't the best, I made it in the space of three hours.

Step 1: What You Need:

bench grinder.jpg

- A 8.75 by 1 inch piece of metal
- A 4.50 inch section of 1 inch dowel, or broom handle
- A metal rod with a diameter around 3/16, or two nails of similar size
- A drill with a drill bit the same size as your metal rod or nails
- A hacksaw
- A wood saw
- A file
- A bench grinder or angle grinder
- Epoxy
