Step 8: Relieving the next ring

In this step you will do just as you did before giving relief to the top flower.

only this time we are going to angle the knife down as you work your way around the flower remember slowly work you knife around the circumference of the melon going in about 1" the whole way around

once you complete the the circle do as before and cut a notch in the ring so that it can be slid away from the melon.
