Introduction: Simple Salad for Your Health

Everything doesn't have to taste bad to be healthy!


Ingredients:
Lettuce
Pepper
Onion
Carrott
Spinach
Radishes
Anything else!
 

I like to use Food City produce because they have good quality stuff!

Step 1: Wash Your Things and Fix the Salad

Wash everything and cut slice, ect.  Blend your lettuce and spinach. Add the rest of your ingrediants. Shake or mix up and enjoy! Garnish with croutons, dressing, ect.
