This is an easy dinner and easy leftovers. Adding whole grain pasta can help make it healthier. No comment on how that will taste....
First step is to cook the pasta, I used about 5/6 a package. I always flavor my water with salt, it helps the water boil faster and flavor the pasta. Add in the pasta to a pie dish.
Pour the sauce in the middle in a concentric circle leave a little white showing of the pasta for a "pie crust" appearance.
The pasta sauce will soak down to the bottom dont worry about not having enough sauce, 1 jar or packet of sauce mix will suffice.
Add your cheese to the middle of the sauce circle. I added about 2 cups.
Its best if cooled for awhile before serving or it gets sloppy, cut in slices. Serve.
