A big hit everywhere I have ever brought them or found them, this is a super simple appetizer recipe that most everyone seems to enjoy.

You will need:
8oz package of cream cheese
Pint sour cream
Package / 2-4 tablespoons taco seasoning
Diced green chiles (optional)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (or equivalent)
Tortilla shells

This creates enough to fill 10 burrito-sized tortilla shells.

As shown in the pictures, it is easiest to add the ingredients in order. Be sure to let the cream cheese soften a bit, too, or it will take much longer to mix!

Don't put too much filling in or it will be difficult and messy to roll them up and cut them. Besides... extra filling is EXCELLENT on baked potatoes!

That sounds tasty! And I love the idea for what to do with leftovers!
