Step 1: The Material

All you need is a polished wood strip along 1 meter high 10 cm and section 10 mm.

Step 2: The Cuts

I opted for a system clamshell type "puzzle" for basic and hinge in the rest; in this way the appliance is resealable for reduced space when not in use.

Step 3: The Final Result!

I painted a orange pieces and assembled everything with hinges. the result!
