Introduction: Simple Scrambled Egg Sandwich

This is a very easy breakfast if you're on the go.

Step 1: Pan & Eggs

Drizzle some olive oil/butter into your pan, break 2 eggs into a bowl and scramble them.
(add seasoning at this time if you'd like)

Step 2: Cooking and Forming Eggs

Pour the eggs into the hot pan (they should start cooking immediately)

Using a silicone spatula keep the eggs moving, Start forming them into the shape of your bread, once the eggs can hold their shape flip the egg patty over and cook till done to your liking. remove from heat.

Step 3: Bread Time

Lightly spread mayonnaise on both sides of the bread.

Step 4: Putting It All Together

Now place the egg patty on your bread, cover with 2nd piece of bread, serve and enjoy.
Total time approximately 4 minutes.

Mmmmmm. I know what I'm making myself soon. I think I will use butter instead of mayo. And ooohh, pickles sound heavenly

Try toasting the bread, and then putting cheese on it....sooooo good

Hell ya! Love em' I had one earlier today! I use left over bacon grease to fry my eggs. I also use the salad dressing mayo. It has a sweeter taste. Good stuff! :)
