Introduction: Simply Watermelon & Rice

  1. A knife
  2. A bowl
  3. A spoon


  1. A watermelon
  2. Chervil
  3. Ice (optional)
  4. Rice (optional)

Step 1: Get Your Watermelon!

Using a knife, cut the watermelon in half and then slice it into smaller piece.

For serving one person, a small piece like the one I cut is enough.

Step 2: Scrape the Watermelon!

Using a spoon, scrape the piece of watermelon into a bowl. Do it until you get all the watermelon from the skin.

Step 3: Add Ingredients!

By now, you will have a bowl of just scraped watermelon. Now you can add sugar to the bowl if it is not sweet enough for you. Add ice to make the watermelon a little cold. Then put some chervil on it. The chervil will bring that smell of freshness to the scraped watermelon.

Or if you are really hungry as well as thirsty, add some rice onto it. And enjoy!
