Today, I am going to teach you how to make this scrumptious Sizzling Salad With A Twist! It is extremely simple and is perfect for a little snack! I have improvised the original sizzling salad which was Not-So-Healthy and made this salad extremely healthy. Step 1: Get Your Ingredients
2 bowls of puffed rice
Half a capsicum
One tablespoon of oil (any kind)
Half a lemon
A pinch of cumin seeds
A pinch of mustard seeds
A pinch of chilli powder or some green chillies (I used the former)
A pinch of asafoetida (Optional) (Available at any Asian store)
A pinch of turmeric (Available at any Asian store)
Salt to taste
Step 2: Treat the Rice
This step is quite simple, isn't it?
Step 3: Chop Up the Veggies
Step 4: Now for the Cooking!
Warning - the second the spices and veggies touch the oil, they will start sizzling and emit clouds of steam. Do not get scared. We can do this!
Add the puffed rice and stir for another minute. Add in the chilli powder, lemon juice and salt and stir again for, you guessed it, ANOTHER minute!
Warning - do not stop stirring at any point, after the addition of spices. You do not want a tasty dish to get burnt!
Voilà! You just whipped up a delicious snack in precisely 7 minutes! Turn off the stove and place it on a dish. Garnish it with chopped coriander.

Step 5: The Best Part
