Skyrim Iron Helm - Felt

Skyrim Iron Helm - Felt
I recently learned of the nifty hats given out at PAX this year when I started following /Skyrim on Reddit. Not wanting to pay a bunch of money, I decided to make my own. It's pretty a pretty simple pattern.

With my Amazon order not arriving until sometime in the afternoon, I figured I could waste my time by putting this Instructable online.

Step 1Buy Parts

The first thing you need to do is acquire parts and tools. All of these can be found at JoAnn's or whatever craft store is nearby.

Tools:
Sewing Machine
Scissors
Printer
Marker
Sewing Needle
Pins

Parts:
Off-White Felt (a little yellowish) x Half Yard
Dark Grey Felt x Half Yard
Off-White Thread
Dark Grey Thread
Stuffing

Feel free to mix it up. I think a tye-dyed Iron Helm would look awesome.

On the printing pattern size there are lots of options: tiny, small, medium etc. Which do I choose?

Awesome I love this, though I'm having trouble printing the pattern out. I'm not sure what size of the picture I'm supposed to use..(there's about 8 choices I think) Oh, and how much does to cost to make one of these?
Thanks!

My printer was out of ink (It won't print black without yellow ink =_=) so I copied the pattern into photoshop, zoomed until it was the size of a peice of paper, and traced it. I am the master of improvising.

Is there any way to tweak the design so that it looks more like the helm in the actual game/trailer?
