Simple light healthy evening snack...

Banana: light for digestion, contains the natural muscle-relaxants magnesium and potassium

Mint: aid with upset stomach or indigestion

Something milky: just because.

Step 1: Ingredients

- 1 or 2 leaf/ves of mint

- 1 banana

- almond milk / milk /other kinds of milk / whatever, I sometimes even mix cream or mascarpone with water to get 'milk'. (I suggest almond milk for those who don't digest cow milk that well)

Step 2: Mix

Put everything in your cup. Mix.

Get comfy in a sofa. Drink. Snuggle. Watch something. Read. Sleep.
