Introduction: Slime Juice

About: I love creating things, be it in the kitchen or the craft area. Handmade is better than store bought.

I know it sounds very appetizing, but that's what my boyfriend calls it. The name kinda stuck. Despite the name, however, it does taste delicious and of course it's super healthy.

The down side to this recipe is that you need a juicer. I love my juicer and really should use it more for the amount of money I paid for it.

Step 1: Ingrediants

1. Spinach and lots of it. I used 11 ounces

2. One cucumber

3. Three kiwis

4. Handful of strawberries

5. Four stalks of celery

6. Four or five pieces of broccoli

Apples are a welcome addition to the mix. I unfortunately was out of them. i'd use about 3 small to medium sized apples.

Step 2: Prep

When working with veggies and fruits make sure they are fully rinsed. Trim the ends off the celery and cucumber. Peel the kiwi and remove the tops of the strawberries.

Make sure you fully understand how your juicer works. Some juicers require different speeds for different veggies and fruits.

Step 3: Juicing and Tips

Time to juice! Doesn't matter what order you juice the veggies and fruits. They all get mixed together in the end.

To get as much juice as possible out of spinach you'll need to bunch the leaves into tight bundles before putting it in the shoot of the juicer. You won't get much juice out, but this will help get the most.

Making juice can make a mess. To help with the clean up put a plastic bag in the pulp receptacle if you're able to.

Step 4: Enjoy!

Now yo have a glass of pure healthy goodness. Drink up to your health!
