How to make Sloth's Eye:
Step 1 - obtain a large amount of alginate and a shoe box and take an impression of the eye in which you will be covering.  Pour that up in stone.

Step 2 - taking modeling clay, sculpt how you believe the sloth eye should look.  Do this directly on top of your eye in the cast your poured up from step 1

Step 3 - take a new impression of the new eye you sculpted on your model.  I used reprosil (a material that when sets is rubbery an will not dry out)

Step 4 - Taking liquid latex, pour a thin layer in the new impression you made, allow time for latex to set, repeat this a few times until you have a thick enough amount of latex.

Step 5 - Get a color photo of the eye you will be covering and place the picture into the eye hole you cut out.  Cut some of your hair and glue it above the eye as the mask's eyebrow

How to make Sloth's Teeth:
Step 1 - get an impression of your teeth and pour it up in stone

Step 2 - take acrylic and mold what you believe to be the shape of sloth's teeth

Step 3 - get denture repair acrylic (this will be pink) and mold that over the cast of your teeth, be sure to embed the acrylic teeth you made in step 2 into the pink acrylic.

Step 4 - trim away the excess and be sure you can easily insert and remove the teeth.
