<p>does the alcohol evaporate when u slow cook it.</p><p>so i assume the loss is minimal. since u do it for only 2 hours..</p><p>do we filter out the fruits or eat them along </p>
<p>Whatever alcohol evaporates is so minimal that it doesn't make a difference. I even made this and left it on low over night and it was still quite alcoholic. As for the filtering or not filtering out the fruit, that's up to your tastes. I've done both.</p>
