Introduction: Smoked Ham Irish Cheddar Wrapped Chicken Recipe


500g chicken breast

two varities smoked ham

3 paprika

300ml cream

200g irish cheddar

1 hand full olives

1 glas roast paprika

salt, pepper, paprika & chili flakes

Step 1: Preparation

Lay two stripes smoked ham crosswise one of each varitie. Sprinkle salt, pepper, paprika & chili flakes on top lay cheese on it and a piece chicken breast then again a bit of cheese. Now wrap the bacon around it and place them on an oven plate. Chop the paprika and place them with the roast paprika on an oven plate. Add the olives and sprinkle salt, pepper, paprika & chili flakes on the plate. Put it in the oven for 25 minutes at 180 degrees celsius circulating air. Sprinkle salt, pepper, paprika & chili flakes to the cream, stir it together and pour it on the plate.

Step 2: Finish

Put the plate back in the oven for another 15 minutes. Serv it with frites rice or else and enjoy.
