Introduction: Smoked Salmon Breakfast Sandwich

Tasty, quick and simple smoked salmon breakfast sandwich!

Step 1: What You Need

Ingredients:

1 piece thinly sliced smoked salmon
1 sandwich thin
1 smear cream cheese
1/2 thin slice of red onion - roughly chopped
8 capers (smashed on a piece of paper towel)
1 pad butter
1 egg
salt and pepper

Utensils:

small fry pan
spatula
small dish and utensil to beat the egg

Step 2: Start Cook'in

Preparation:

Melt butter in fry pan
Roughly chop 1/2 thin slice of red onion
Place onion in pan and cook until translucent and just starting to brown
Lightly beat egg and pour on top of onions in pan
Salt and pepper to taste

Step 3: Put It Together

Assemble:

Lightly toast sandwich thin
Put cream cheese on one slice of sandwich thin
Put smoked salmon on other slice of sandwich thin
Scatter capers on top of cream cheese
Put cooked egg & onion on top of one slice of sandwich thin
Top the sandwich with the other slice of sandwich thin 

Step 4: Eat & Enjoy

Eat and enjoy!
