Introduction: S'MORE MARTINI

No more slipping a little brandy into your hot chocolate around the campfire. Now you can "glamp" around with this ultimate, adult version of the universal childhood favorite.

This S'more Martini is the perfect addition to any summer party or camping trip. It's a little on the sweet side so you might want to serve it as dessert or as an after dinner drink. 

Ingredients:

Pinnacle Marshmallow Vodka- 3 jigs

Three Olives Chocolate Vodka- 2 jigs

Crushed Graham Cracker

1 cup Bittersweet Chocolate Chips

8 mini marshmallows

1 Skewer

Tools:

1 Chilled Martini Glass

Martini Shaker

Jigger

Sauce Pan

Metal Proof Bowl

Culinary Blow Torch


S'more Martini-  

To make the s'more martini rimmer, create a double boiler by placing a heat-proof bowl over a pan with simmering water and melt the chocolate. Allow the chocolate to cool for 2-3 minutes. Dip the top of the martini glass in the bowl with the chocolate and slowly rotate. Next, place the graham crackers on a flat plate and slowly rotate until the chocolate rim is covered with the crushed crackers. Set aside. 

Next, fill the martini shaker with ice. Place three jigs of marshmallow vodka and two jigs of chocolate vodka into the shaker. Vigorously shake until the shaker becomes icy and chilled. Fill the martini glass to the bottom of the rim. 

Place 8 mini marshmallows onto a wooden skewer and use a culinary torch to roast the marshmallows to perfection. Place over the martini glass as a garnish.
