Introduction: Smores Fudge

This Fudge is amazingly easy, super chocolaty, and quick to make!

Step 1: Ingredients

3 c. semisweet chocolate

1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk

1/4 c. butter (plus extra for coating your pan)

1 pkg mini marshmallows

1 pkg graham crackers

You will also need:

Aluminum Foil

9x9 pan

Step 2: Fudge Base

Add the chocolate, 1/4 c. butter, and sweetened condensed milk in a large, microwave safe bowl.

Microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring after each time, until everything is melted and smooth.

Step 3: Making It Smores-y

Line your pan with aluminum foil - making sure to press it down well, so it doesn't get stuck in your fudge.

Smear butter all over the aluminum foil.

You can crush a few graham crackers over the bottom of the pan, or just add them all to the fudge.

Crush the graham crackers into the fudge, and fold in as many marshmallows as you want (I added a ton - but make sure you don't add so many that the fudge won't all stay together)

Press the top down with a sheet of wax paper or parchment.

Add more graham cracker crumbs and press them into the fudge if desired.

Step 4: Cut!

Let this chill in the fridge for a few hours, or until it's completely set.

You should be able to pull the entire thing out of the pan without much effort.

Make sure to remove the aluminum foil before cutting
