I made this by bending a simple amplifier circuit. The tentacles have metal strips down the side and by touching each side of the tentacle simultaneously you trigger the sounds. The sounds are a little unpredictable depending on the humidity and how conductive the wearer is. Bending the tentacles also seems to have some effect. Noise tentacles yeah!
