Snow Camping Gear Sled

I am planning a trip to Colorado with some friends for a snowshoe camp trip.  One friend is bent on building an igloo and sleeping in it.  I built this from several different ideas to help me haul things into the wilderness with out overloading my snowshoes.  Any ideas are always welcome, and if you get any information for your own sled...great.
