Preparing something quick, healthy and delicious for us anf our family.

Step 1: Collect All Ingredients.

There is 3 groups of ingredients : 1: for rice ,2 : for fish, 3: for decoration or salad.

Step 2: First Recipe: Steamed Rice With Vegetables.

Gather all ingredients ( all cut in medium size) :
3 cup of red cabbage.
2 cup of broccoli.
2 cup of pumpkin.
1+ 1/2 tomatoes puree.
1+1/2 basmati rice.
1 cup of yellow bell pepper.
1 cup of sliced chard or spinach.
1 cup of potatoes.
1/2 cup of onion.
4 /5 tbs of corn oil.
1 tbs hot pepper paste
1 tbs of powdered coriander.
1/2 tbs powdered garlic.
1/2 tbs turmeric.
1/2 tbs of sea salt.

Step 3: Mix All Ingredients.

Resolve the hot pepper paste with the tomatoes puree so you get an homogeneous consistency, then put all ingredients in a large bol and mix them together very well.

Step 4: Let Cook.

Put the mix in the steamer ( i'm using a teaditional one '' couscoussier'' which used very often to cook couscous) and let it cook covered for 20 minutes about. (The bottom of the steamer already contains boiled water).

Step 5: Second Recipe:breaded Red Mullet.

In the meanwhile we have to prepare the second element.you need:
4 medium sized red mullet fish .
1 cup of white floor.
1/2 cup of cornoil.
1 tbs of coriander powder.
1 c.s of fine salt.
1 c.s of dried mint.
1 c.s of dried basil.

Step 6: Prepare the Fish.

Scale , clean out the abdominal cavity,remove the head and the pectoral fins
Make 3 slits on each side of the fish.

Step 7: Season and Coat.

Mix :fine salt,coriander powder,mint powder and basil powder together.
Season the fish generously by the seasoning mix,don't forget the slits and the cavity.
Dredge the fish in the floor thoroughly.

Step 8: Fry the Fish.

Put 1/2 cup of cornoil in a large pan then place the coated fish i to it .
Fry on medium - low heat about 3- 5 mins on each side .
After finish frying, let the fish drain on a paper towel .

Step 9: Prepare Decoration .

In the meantime, collect :
3 radish.
1 cucumber.
1 tomato.
Cut all in slices and keep them adide.

Step 10: Make a Fantastic the Dish and Enjoy.

Resume :
Rice cooking : 15-20 minutes max.
Fish cooking : 6-10 minutes max.
Decoration : 1-2 minutes max.
Time of cooking: 30 min max.
= > fish and decoration can be prepared while rice was cooking.
