Return to Previous Lesson: How to Read Resistor Color Codes

Lesson Overview:

Now we'll build a cover for our project!

Step 1: Add the Paper Template

Finally, you can cover the breadboard with the template provided in your kit, or you can decorate it to create your own launch system. The lights turning on and off mean nothing by themselves, but when you put them in a control panel and give them labels, they gain some meaning!

What do you want the green light to mean? What do the flashing red lights mean? You decide!

  1. Cut out and fold the paper template, then decorate it however you like.
  2. Place the folded paper over the breadboard. The three LEDs and pushbutton will help keep it in place.
  3. Congratulations, you have completed the Spaceship Interface!
