Introduction: Spaghetti Lasagna
Very Easy Quick and tasty version of lasagna .
I have made a twist in the recipe by adding some Indian spices. It tastes too good.
I have given the recipe in steps so that its easy to follow.
It tastes lovely with salad.

Step 1: Ingredients
1.Boiled Spaghetti Pasta-400 grams
2.Mince Meat-300 grams
3. Bell pepper-1 Small size (chopped )
4.Chopped Tomatoes- 1 1/2 Medium size
5.Chopped Onions- 1 Medium size
6. Tomato Ketchup- 2 Tbsp
7. Garam masala powder-a pinch
8. Red Chilli Powder-1/2 tsp or less
9 Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
10. Ginger powder- 1/2 tsp
11. Cumin powder- 1 tsp
12. Fresh Basil Leaves chopped
13. Paprika- 1/2 tsp
14. Black pepper powder- 1/2 tsp
15. Mozzarella cheese- 200 grams
16. Oregano- 1 tsp ( optional)
17.Oil- 2 tbsp
18. Salt - 1 1/2 tsp ( as per taste)
Step 2: Method
Heat the pot and add 2 tbsp of oil.
When oil is hot add to it onions give it a stir ,let it cook for a minute.
Then add the chopped tomatoes and bell pepper.give a stir.
Now, start adding the spices to it also add salt along with it and chopped basil leaves.Mix everything well.
Now add tomato ketchup and mince meat to the pot and mix all well.
Add 1/2 cup of water and let it cook for 4-5 minutes on a medium flame.
When you see the desired gravy( which will be after 4-5 minutes) then turn the gas off.
Assembling the Spaghetti Lasagna
Take your baking dish and add half of your boiled spaghetti and layer it with the mince meat gravy and half of the mozzarella cheese.
Now add the other half of the spaghetti on it and cover it up with the left mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 10 to 15 mins on 220 degrees Celsius.( since every thing is pre-cooked only the cheese has to be melted)
Take it out in a serving dish and have it with nice carrot and cucumber salad .
