Step 1: Making the Cupcakes
You will need:
-Chocolate cake mix
-1/3 cup oil
-3/4 cup coffee
-1/2 cup water
Mix ingredients together. Place cupcake liners in each of the muffin pan cups. Fill the liners 2/3 full. Bake at 350 F for 20 minutes or until done.
Step 2: Making the Flowers
Take some of the fondant and use food color gel and mix well. Roll fondant thin and cut with small cookie cutters. You can make any shape you want, I chose to make flowers. The middle of the flowers is edible pearls. I used gumpaste glue to add the pearls.

Step 3: Creating the Fudge Frosting
-1/2 cup of granulated sugar
-2 tablespoons of cocoa
-2 to 4 tablespoons of milk according to the spreading consistency
-2 tablespoons of margarine or butter
-1 tablespoon of corn syrup
-a dash of salt
-1/2 to 3/4 of a cup powdered sugar
-1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
Mix granulated sugar and cocoa in the pan, stir in milk, margarine/butter, corn syrup and salt. Heat to boiling stirring frequently. Boil for 3 minutes stirring occasionally and then cool. After its cooled you add the powdered sugar and vanilla.
Step 4: Finishing Up
Frost the cupcakes with the fudge frosting and sprinkle pearl dust over the top and add the flowers using a gum paste glue. Enjoy the chocolaty coffee flavor of these sparkling cupcakes!
