Introduction: Spiced Coffee

Spiced Coffee
* Serves 2

Ingredients Required
Milk : 1 cup
Water : 1 cups
Sugar / Jaggery : As per taste
Dried ginger powder : 1/2 tsp
Cardamom : 3 pods
Cinnamon : 2 stick
cloves : 4 Whole
Freshly ground coffee: 5 tsp

Method
Step 1.     Boil water in a pan and add the dried ginger powder, cardamom, cinnamon sticks and cloves. Boil for 5 minutes
Step 2.     To the boiling mixture, add the freshly ground coffee and let it boil for another 5 minutes.
Step 3.     Pour the milk into the boiling mixture.
Step 4.     When the milk comes to boil, turn off the heat.
Step 5.     Strain using a sieve and serve hot.

Wonderful cup of coffee for a cold winter's day!
