Spicy Aloo Tikki
Boiled Potatoes - 4 to 5
Boiled Peas - 1/2 cup
Chaat masala - 1 tsp
Chilli powder - 2 tsp
A few Coriander leaves Juice of 1/2 Lemon Salt to taste
1. Mash the boiled peas and potatoes, add the juice of half lemon, salt, chilli powder, chat masala and coriander leaves.
2. Once the mixture is ready, take small portions of it and make patties.
3. Heat oil in a pan for shallow frying and place the patties gently.
4. Fry on one side and then flip it to fry on the other side. Serve with tomato ketchup and coriander chutney.
