Introduction: Spicy Cavatappi

Picture of Spicy Cavatappi

This instructable will teach you the recipe to make a Spicy Cavatappi similar to Carrabba's Cavatappi Amatriciana. My wife and I love this Italian side dish.

I take no credit for the recipe, just want to spread the wealth!!! Robbies Recipes has a great list of copycat recipes.

I do almost exactly this.  It's also good with vodka rather than wine, and some black olives, shrimp, and/or capers are also awesome additions.
