I used to call them Buffalo bites until I realized everyone else adds extra butter and sugar to the hot sauce to make "buffalo sauce" so now I'll just call them Spicy Bites!
Step 1: Ingredients
3/4 lb (12 oz) chicken breasts cut into bite size pieces
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 cup whole wheat flour
Frank's Original Red Hot sauce
Preheat oven to 450º
Step 2: Bake
Then toss with the flour.
Line a cookie sheet with non-stick foil and spray lightly with cooking spray.
Spread the chicken pieces out so they aren't touching.
Bake on the middle rack for 10 minutes.
Turn all the pieces over and cook for another 4 minutes.
