Step 1: Ingredients
Potatoes (small or medium size 3-4 or as you want)
Unused oil (to fry)
Rice flour- half cup
Chili powder- half tsp
Turmeric powder- half tsp
Cumin powder- half tsp
Garlic powder- quarter tsp
Salt (for taste)
You can add more of every spice if you want.
Step 3: Adding spice and flour
You can add more spice if you want. After mixing all the ingredients keep it in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.
Step 4: Frying
Take the spiced potatoes out of refrigerator and carefully add them to the pan.
Stir while frying, it'l take around 10-15 minutes for the potatoes to turn a bit brownish ( actually that would be the rice flour!, I guess).
When it turns a bit brownish they're ready. Use a slotted spoon to take the fries out of the oil and serve them as you want!
