Introduction: Spicy Roasted Sunflower Seeds

-sunflower produces greyish seeds encased in black shells and can be a healthy snack option

-These seeds are rich in vitamin E and they contain a compound phytosterol which lowers cholestrol.

-They are available shelled and unshelled in local stores.

Ingredients:

-Sunflower seeds

-Tsp melted butter

-Half tsp red chilli powder

-Half tsp garam masala powder

-Half tsp coriander powder

-salt as per taste

Step 1: Melt the Butter

-First step is to mel the butter .

Take sun flower seeds and toss the seeds with butter.

Step 2: Add Spices

-Add half tsp red chilli powder and half tsp Garam masala powder

Step 3: Add Remaining Spices

-Add half tsp coriander powder and salt as per taste

Step 4: Coat All Spices With Sunflower Seeds

-Mix all spices with seeds so that all seeds are coated with spices

Step 5: Baking

-Place all seeds on baking sheet and bake at 150 degree celsius for 15 minutes.

Step 6: Enjoy Roasted Sunflower Seeds

-You can store these seeds in airtight container and can have as snacks with some tea
