1 lb. bag of frozen or fresh Soy Beans
1/2 TBS. Course Sea Salt
2 TBS. Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce
Steam the soy beans in the microwave. Put 3 or 4 TBS. of water in a glass bowl with the soy beans and cover. Heat on high for approximately 5 minutes. They should be crunchy not smushy. If the Soy Beans are hot and crunchy proceed to next step. If the Soy Beans are smushy, bummer, you cooked them too long.
Add the Course Sea Salt (to taste.) Toss to mix.
Add Sirracha Hot Chili Sauce. Toss to mix.
They can be served hot or at room temperature.
