Introduction: Spicy Vegie Noodles

Ingredients:

  1. Packet Noodles
  2. Onion
  3. Chopped Tomato
  4. Chopped Capsicum
  5. Chopped Cabbage
  6. Chopped Ginger
  7. Chopped Green Chile
  8. 1/2 tsp Red chili pepper
  9. 1/2 tblsp Oil
  10. Soya sauce & tomato sauce

Step 1: Chop Vegetables of Your Choice .

Step 2: Boil the Noodles.

Step 3: Let's Cook!

Boil the noodles, drain them in a strainer and wash with cold water. Keep aside.

Add oil to the pan, then Garlic & Onion, let them become golden, then put other vegetables in the pan.

Add salt to taste, soya sauce and tomato sauce to it, toss it and put boiled noodles into the pan.

Let it cook for 1-2 minutes, then serve hot with a cold drink.
