Step 5: Spinach Artichoke dip - Making the dip

3 tbs of coconut oil
3 tbs of flour
1 1/2 cups of milk
1 cup of uncompressed Parmesan cheese
1 cup of grated mozzarella cheese
1 block of cream cheese

In a large sauce pan combine the oil and flour and heat until the mixture becomes pasty.  Add in the milk and heat evenly.  Add the block of cream cheese and break it down with your spoon so it combines with the mixture.  Add the remaining cheeses and mix.

This is now my favorite pizza ever. Prior to this, it was the deep dish spinoccoli from some place in Chicago I forget now. One slice is a day's sustenance!
Actually I got this idea after having tried my first deep dish ever in Chicago this year, and combined it with my love for spinach artichoke dip. It tastes good after freezing and reheating too!
