Hola!!

Hoy les traje como hacer unos asientos de materiales reciclados.

Resulta que hace unas semanas me llevaron a mi trabajo unos botes de suavizante de tela de 20 litros, para que hiciera algo útil con ellos.

Unos días después encontré retasas de tela de colores, así que eche a andar la maquina industrial de costura recta y me puse elaborar estos prácticos asientos.

Bueno aquí les dejo el proceso...

Hi !!
Today I brought them how to do a few seats from recycled materials. It turns out that a few weeks ago, I took my job a few cans fabric softener 20 liters, to do something useful with them. Step 1: Materials

-1 bote de 20 litros de suavizante para ropa o detergente, vació. (resistente)

-Retazas de tela de algodón con estampado. (En las textileras las encuentras a precios muy económicos)

- Cinta de medir, lápiz

- Alfileres

-Una maquina de cocer recta ( También puedes cocer a mano)

-Hilo

- Relleno (ropa vieja, borra o esponja)

- Cuerda

Step 2: Medir, Coser, Cortar

Primeramente mediremos nuestro bote y las piezas de tela que tenemos.

En mi caso el bote mide 32 cm x 25 cm x 45cm de altura.

Y las piezas de tela eran cuadros de 30cm x 30cm.

Después cosí 2 tiras de 5 cuadros, y las uní entre si , como se muestra en la imagen 1.

Coseremos 2 tiras de 2 cuadros cada una.

Y Cortaremos 10 tiras de 8cm para hacer las presillas, como en la imagen 2.

After sewed two strips of 5 pieces and joined to each other, as shown in picture 1. Sew 2 strips of 2 frames each.

And cut 10 strips of 8cm for loops, as in Figure 2

Step 3: Armar, Montar Y Coser.

Coseremos las tiras de 2 cuadros, en los extremos de los cuadros centrales de las tiras de 5. Como se muestra en la imagen 1.

Nota: Ajusta la maquina para que la costura sea cerrada y en todas la uniones remata para que las costuras no se habrán.

Colocaremos la unión resultante, parecida a una cruz, sobre el bote. Las tiras de 2 cuadros deberán caer en el lado mas angosto del bote y las tiras dobles en el lado mas ancho.

Quedaran 4 solapas, las doblaremos un poco hacia adentro y colocaremos alfileres para sujetar, esto es similar a envolver un regalo. como en la imagen 2.

Nota: al poner los alfileres debe quedar un poco justa la tela. Como una funda.

Retiraremos con cuidado la funda, y coseremos por donde van los alfileres.

Nota: retira los alfileres conforme cosas, o podrías romper la aguja.

Step 4: Coser, Rellenar Y Cerrar

Una vez que este listo, colocaremos las presillas en la parte inferior de la funda, poniendo cuatro en los lados largos y una en los angostos.

Acolchar la parte superior de nuestro bote, con ropa vieja, pedazos de tela, o espuma.

Por ultimo colocaremos la funda. en la parte inferior cerraremos con una cuerda que pasaremos por todas las presillas y apretaremos fuertemente, de esta forma podremos desarmar para lavar la funda si es necesario.

Step 5: Listo-Ready

Así es como quedan, nadie sospecharía que en el interior hay un bote de plástico.

Son tan sencillos que realice 17, en diferentes colores, aprovechando los materiales que tenemos a la mano.

Y bueno si se preguntan que tan resistentes son, pues hice pruebas con todas las personas de mi oficina, con diferentes pesos y están intactos. La estructura de estos botes esta hecha para ser apilable así que resisten bastante.
