Things You’ll Need

  • Fresh Round Loaf
  • Chicken Breasts
  • Bacon
  • Pepper Jack Cheese
  • Lime
  • Avocado
  • Tomato
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Mayonnaise
  • Sriracha
  • Olive Oil Spices(Sea Salt, Black Pepper, Crushed Red Pepper, Garlic Powder)

Step 1: Marinating

Tip #1 Most common mistake with a chicken sandwich is too thick of a chicken breast!

First begin to marinate the chicken breasts. Slice breasts into tender size pieces place in bowl with Sriracha, chopped garlic, sea salt, black pepper, and a good squeeze of lime. Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours. For best results let it sit overnight.

Probably the nicest chicken sandwich I've tried. It all works together so nicely and it's ideal bbq food! The only change we made was preparing the chicken. The sun was out, the bbq was on so instead of refrigerating it for a few hours we put the meat in a tub, added the seasonings lime and a little oil, sealed it, shook it up then put them on the grill. Thank you for the recipe!
