Step 1, assemble your ingredients. Dough, feta and mozzarella cheese, green pepper, basil pesto, 1chicken breast, artichoke hearts, spinach and green onions.
Make the dough however you make pizza dough. If you don't have a favorite recipe just pick up a mix or pre-made at the store.
While it rising, cut a chicken breast into small segments and give a quick cook on the stovetop. Dice the green peppers, drain the artichokes and cube the peppers.
Press the dough onto an olive oil coated pan. Coat the crust with pesto, then a layer of spinach, sprinkle the green onions, cheese, peppers and artichokes on top.
Step 3 BAKE!
Slide the pan into a 425 degree oven for 15 - > 20 minutes. Keep an eye on the progress, checking the bottom with a spatula. Move to a lower rack if the bottom looks like it wont be done before the top.
Slice and enjoy.
