Picture of Star Trek TNG Enterprise Cake
andydeniwedding4sm.jpg
I made this cake as a grooms cake for a friend's wedding. Didn't have time to take pics while making it so it's just photos, no Instructable. It was also an outdoor wedding and hot and it started to melt and get lumpy. :( But it tasted great! It's cake and rice cereal treats covered in fondant. The lights are disposeable LED Floralytes®. After June 3rd I have no cake orders until the end of August so i hope to have time to make some cakes I've been thinking about for the last year or so, and make them into Instructables!

Thank you so much! I would love to try another ship cake when I have more time. An X-Wing Fighter would be cool!
WOW! How big is it?

The top part of the ship is a 15" circle dome. :) The base board/stand was 24" x 28".
That is awesome! I hope you have the time to make more and share them with us! I would love to see how you do all of this!

Thank you! I was hoping to get one in before the end of the month but not sure that's going to happen.

Oh, that's great - shame you couldn't do the steps.

Thank you! I was running out of time. :( Working full-time+ with no vacation time makes this side job/hobby hard to fit in!
