lol i wouldn't call this a weapon because the shock is comparable to licking a 9 volt battery. This device doesn't have enough power to shock through the arm or skin

Well this sounds quite interessting, although I think that there are better ways to keep yourself awake than electrocuting yourself ;) What happend to the good ol' slap in the face? ;)
With this device I see a lot of teachers kicking kids out of school just because they were using this to "torture" the other kids ;)
Still interesting, might try this out myself.
