Sirloin steak and white rice is one of my favorite meal especially after working-out because it contains proteins, carbs, and less fat. Also, It does’t require skills and does’t take time. When you don't have a grill or the weather is cold, it can be done in your kitchen.

I will let you know how to make it perfectly in 20 minutes.

Step 1: 1.Clean the Steak

Clean the steak with hot water. Put paper and olive oil and leave it around 15 minutes. Do not put salt so it doesn't get dry.

Step 2: Heat the Oven

Turn on the oven in 500 degrees for three minutes.Then, switch it to broil and leave it for five minutes.

Step 3: Place the Steak

Place the steak on the oven for eight minutes. After that, flip the steak to the other side and leave it in the oven for six minutes. (Medium well)

Step 4: Take the Steak Out of the Oven

After 6 minutes, take the steak out of the oven and leave it about 5 minutes outside of the oven before eating it. the steak would be tough If you eat it immediately

Step 5: Clean the Rice

Put 1/2 a cup in cooking pot and leave it for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, clean the rice again and let the water run through it and make sure it is very clean. (warm water)

Step 6: Put Some Spices

Put 3 spoons of olive oil, graves, cinnamon sticks, chili paper, and 1/4 spoon of salt. Make sure the rice is covered with water about half inch.

Step 7: Time to Cook the Rice

Turn on the stove on temperature Hi for thee minutes, then turn it to two and cover the pot. Leave for 20 minutes.

Step 8: Turn Off the Stove

After 20 minutes, turn off the stove and take the cooking pot out. Put the rice in a dish or a bowl.

Step 9: Put Salt and Paper

Congratulation you are done. Now enjoy your meal and do not forget to put some salt and paper the in your steak.
