Introduction: Step 1: I Started My Simple Design in Fusion 360 With a Circle of Diameter 25mm

I am using Fusion 360

Step 1: Step 2: Trim Half the Circle Off

Step 2: Step 3: Extrude Half of the Circle the Length of the Extrusion Is a Personal Preference Depending on the Weight of Your Cables Head, But I Set Mine to 20mm.

Step 3: Step 4: Make a Hole in the in the Extruded Part Using the Hole Function Under the Create the Tab

Step 4: Step 5: Create the Obj File

This stop was the most complicated for me, but it still isn't that complicated. pictures are in the same order as in the steps

these are the steps with the pictures up top to create the Obj file:

1- Under the create tab choose create base feature.

2- Then, go to the Modify Tab and hover over Mesh and choose BRep to Mesh

3- Then choose the part, and click OK

4- then go to the body under browse and right click the MeshBody1 and select Save As Obj

That would be good for controlling cables, you could add a couple of holes for screws in the back to mount to the wall. :)
