This is a great, simple and cheap decoration to make. I made it as a gift for my Mom on Mother's Day. I hope you enjoy this instuctable.

Step 1: What You Need

What you need is only:

Balloon or Beach Ball

Sticks (how many depends on the size of the Balloon or Beach Ball)

Hot Glue Gun & Glue Sticks

Step 2: Let's Get Started

Start by glueing sticks together & on the Balloon. (When I was making this I thought the balloon would pop when the glue gun hit it but it did not so that was great) Keep adding sticks until you have the look you want. You can see in pictures how many I added.

Step 3: No More Balloon

Now pop the balloon and cut it out of the stick ball. I used a pocket knife to cut it out.

Step 4: All Done.

Now you are done. A couple of things you could do with it include:
#1 hanging it from the ceiling
#2 Using it as a Lampshade (if you decide to use it as a lampshade make sure the sticks don't touch the lightbulb as it could catch on fire)
#3 Or just placing it as a center piece on a table.
