Introduction: Stop Stressing

You know that moment when ur stressing so bad? Well, say goodbye to stressing, cause he's gettin kicked outta the house!

Step 1: Lotion!

Put lotion on before you begin.

Step 2: Bubble Bath Time!!!

Baths are super soothing, as well as comforting. Full with hot water.

Step 3: Reading!

Ok so, I LOVE READING! It helps me calm down, and the stories divert me into a totally different world that's stress-free.

Step 4: Massage

So you must be thinking, huh???? Well, massaging yourself is cheap! Buy a massager for about $5 at the nearest Target. Good stuff, eh?

Step 5: Stretch It Up!

Ok sorry about my horrible drawings. But, a good thing to do is to stretch.

Step 6: Run!!!

"Get 5 laps, c'mon, lets go kiddos!" My coach would have said. Running is a great way to take your mind of things.

Step 7: Organize

You guys might not feel this, but I love to organize when I'm stressed.

Step 8: Draw
