Introduction: Strawberry Cream Pie

Here is a quick and simple recipe for Strawberry Cream Pie...perfect for any Summer occasion!

Step 1: Ingredients and Supplies

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Chill Time: 1 hour- 3 hours

Ingredients:
1 pint Strawberries
1 package (4oz serving size) Jell-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding and Pie Filling
1 cup Sour Cream
1/4 cup Milk
8oz thawed Cool Whip
1 9-inch Graham Cracker Crust

Supplies:
Mixing Bowl
1/4 Measuring Cup
Cutting Board
Knife
Whisk
Spatula

Step 2: Prepare Strawberries

Hull ~1 pint of Strawberries and slice into rings with 1/8-inch thickness

Step 3: Strawberry Layer

Arrange sliced Strawberries on the bottom of the 9-inch Graham Cracker Crust

Step 4: Vanilla Cream Filling

Combine pie filling ingredients ( Vanilla Pie Filling package, 1 cup Sour Cream, 1/4 cup Milk, 2 cups thawed Cool Whip ) into a large mixing bowl and beat with a wire whisk for about 1 minute or until well blended

Step 5: Prepare Pie

Spoon the pie filling into the Graham Cracker Pie Curst on top of the layer of Strawberries

HINT: Spoon ALL of the pie filling, then gently spread and smooth over the layer of Strawberries...Otherwise the Strawberries tend to stick to the cream filling

Step 6: Finishing Touches

Smooth the top layer of pie filling and garnish with remaining Strawberries

Step 7: Chill and Enjoy

Place in refrigerator for 3 hours ( freezer for 1 hour) to set and chill
Then Enjoy!

    YUMMY, I am guessing you could probably use other kinds of berries.

    And there goes my diet!!!

    Looks great but i am from belgium and have no idea what

    is. What can I use?

    whipped cream, clotted cream but a bit less thick and made with GMO's
