Strawberry Delight Drink for One

Strawberry Delight Drink for One
I was trying to figure out something interesting with cream cheese and decided to try it in a drink.  I figured the cream cheese would give the drink a little bit of a kick.  By the way, it was so good that I only got a sip of my drink before my boyfriend stole it and wouldn't give it back.  The recipe will make a drink for one so you may want to at least double (my boyfriend says quadruple) the recipe if you have company and want to share.

Recipe
1/2 Cup Vanilla Ice Cream
1 Tablespoon Cream Cheese
2 Tablespoon Vodka
1 Cup of Strawberries

Items Needed:
Blender
Cup
Spoons
Knife
Cutting Board

Step 1Prep Strawberries

Prep Strawberries
The first thing I did was wash the strawberries and cut them up into smaller pieces to make it easier for my blender.  I also cut a piece out of one of the strawberries to make a garnish for my drink.

That sounds awesome, I may try it this weekend. I've got some cream cheese and vodka, and it doesn't take much prodding to get me to by strawberries and ice cream!

Thanks for sharing!
