Strawberry Rubarb Jam

Strawberry Rhubarb Jam. Tastes great, easy to make. Total time is about 8 hours. (Thats just because you have to wait)

Step 1: What you'll need

To make this you'll only need:

2 cup of white sugar
4 cups of chopped Rhubarb
1 cup of chopped strawberries
1 pack of strawberry Jell-O mix (the 3 oz kind)

would i have to change anything if i wanted to make strawberry jam and no rhubarb? besides just not adding rhubarb

You wouldn't need the jello. Strawberry jam just needs to be boiled for4 minutes, it's very quick.

So easy and the best jam I have ever made. Yum!!! My kids love this stuff.
