This is a delicious refreshing on the run breakfast with everything you need to stay energized and fresh!

Step 1:

The ingredients needed for this smoothie:

A banana

4 strawberries

1/2 cup of yogurt

handful of spinach

* If you would like protein you will need granola

Step 2:

Wash the strawberries then core them

slice the banana

measure out 1/2 cup of yogurt

Step 3:

*If using protein in your blender grind up a handful of granola until its smooth.

Step 4:

Finally add the rest of the ingredients until smooth.

Step 5:

And there you have it a cool and refreshing smoothie!
