Introduction: Strawberry Cheese Cake

Strawberry Cheese Cake dessert ,
No Barking required
it is made up of 3 layers, the Base, Filling and the topping 

Ingredients:

(Base)
320g  digestive biscuits
160g melted butter

(Filling)
250g Cream Cheese
2 1/4 tsp gelatine powder
1/4 cup + 1 tbsp (70g) sugar
1/2 cup + 2 tbsp (150ml) boiling water
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
20 medium-sized strawberries, cut into heat shape

(Topping)
1 pkt (170g) strawwberry flavoured jell'o
1 1/2 cups boiling hot water 
1 1/2 Cups cold water

Step 1: Base

320g  digestive biscuits
160g melted butter

1. Crush biscuits and stir in melted butter

2. Divide and press onto the base of the two trays. chill for 15min or until needed.

3. prick base with the back of a skewer before pouring in the filling

Step 2: Filling

250g Cream Cheese
2 1/4 tsp gelatine powder
1/4 cup + 1 tbsp (70g) sugar
1/2 cup + 2 tbsp (150ml) boiling water
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
20 medium-sized strawberries, cut into heat shape

1. Using a small heart-shaped cutter, cut hearts out of the strawberry halves. place on a plate lined with paper towel.

2. place gelatine and sugar in a bowel. Pour boiling water over and stir until gelatine has dissolved (about 10 mins). If it Doesn't dissolve completely, place this bowl over a bigger bowl filled boiling hot water.

3. Cream  the cream cheese and Vanilla essence together. Add gelatine syrup gradually and cream until smooth. Pour into the trays.

4. Place 20 hearts on each tray, partially submerged in cheese. Refrigerate until firm, about 2 hours.

Step 3: Topping

1 pkt (170g) strawwberry flavoured jell'o
1 1/2 cups boiling hot water
1 1/2 Cups cold water

1. Dissolve Jell'o in boiling water. Add cold water and stir.
2. Cool Completely before pouring over the cheese filling
