Introduction: Student Food. Super Filling Microwave Stir-fry. $2.20 Au

Student food.
this is how to make a very very filing stir-fry you can make i a microwave or on a stove in under 15min

for this you will need

2 of the 5 pack of noodles ~$3 au ( $1.20au )
1 of the 12 pack of eggs ~$5 au ( $0.40au )
3 of the 30 pack of frozen dim-sims ~$6 au ( $0.60au )

Step 1: Start the Noodles Cooking.

follow the instructions on the noodles you are cooking.
i am using "mi goreng" noodles, they are the best noodles i have ever tried! they are so tasty
use what ever you have on hand

i cooked both packets in a pot on the stove, you could do this in the microwave but it was being used at the time.

Step 2: Microwave the Dim-sims

grab 3 of the frozen dim sims and put them in a bowl with about 1/2cm of water in the bowl
cover the bowl with a plate and microwave for 1min
turn the dim sims and microwave for another minute.

Step 3: Dice the Cooked Dim-sims

once the dimsims are cooked in the microwave
drain the remaining water out of the bowl
cut them up into chunks and leave them in the bowl

by now the noodles should be cooked.

Step 4: Mix It All Up & Cook It Again

strain the water form the noodles ( how ever you cooked them )

put them in the bowl with the cut up dim-sims.

crack the egg and add put that on the top.

now mix it all up and put it in the microwave for about 2 minutes , stirring regularly.

Step 5: Add the Flavor ! & Eat It !

add the flavoring that comes with your noodles..
you can avoid this step if you don't want to add them but i like flavor!

now sit down in front of the tv and stuff your face.
why don't you add things to it to make it more tasty
e.g., spring onion, snow peas, capsicum , what ever you can find.

enjoy

Ooo, I always keep several forms of capsicum in the house, and it is the only thing in my Apt. that is only mine :-) My wife hates spicy anything.
