Introduction: Stuffed Chili Peppers

Interested in eating healthy try these colorful, delicious, and fun making stuffed chili peppers.

Step 1:

Step 1: I gathered all the ingredients needed to make stuffed chili peppers

Chili Peppers (orange,red,yellow)

Green Onions

Tomatoes

Step 2: Rinsing

Step 2: I rinsed all the vegetables for 15 seconds under cold water.

Step 3: The Peppers

Step 3: I cut the top and bottom of of all 8 chili peppers.

Step 4: Onions

Step 4: I cut the onions all the way down to the green part into medium sizes.

Step 5: Tomatoes

Step 5: I sliced the whole tomato into fours and then cut the fours into small diced sizes.

Step 6: Gathering

Step 6: I gathered together all the vegetables and then started to stuff the chili peppers with the tomatoes and onions.

Step 7: Baking

Step 7: I placed the stuffed chili peppers in a pan and spread-ed butter on the pan so, that the chili peppers won't stick.

Step 8: Oven

Step 8: I placed them into the oven, if you have an electric stove i recommend that you set the oven on Hi for 10 mins.

Step 9: Fresh Out

Step 9: I took the stuffed chili peppers out of the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes.Then I added my seasonings which was salt and pepper.
