1 hokkaido pumpkin

500g ground meat

200g gouda cheese

1 hand jalapeno slices

1 hand sesame

a half cup breadcrumbs

salt, pepper & chili flakes

Step 1: Preparation

Scatter salt, pepper & chili flakes to the meat. Add Breadcrumbs, gouda cheese, sesame & jalapeno slices and stir everything together. Cut the pumpkin open remove the seeds and fill it with the meat mix. wash the seeds.

Step 2: Finish

Place the pumpkin on a plate and put it in the oven at 180 degrees celsius circulating air. After 50 minutes the pumpkin should be good. Fry the seed with a bit oil in a pan and stir them a few minutes.
